This document contains the official terms and conditions governing the use of the 447duit platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 447duit platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 447duit's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 447duit as the platform operator. Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 447duit platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the required age criteria and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 447duit. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 447duit reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the validity of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested verification documents may result in account suspension.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 447duit will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
If you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 447duit support team immediately. We strongly recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 447duit user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Prohibited Activities
- Using any automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the 447duit platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or security.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
- Spreading false or misleading information about 447duit to other users.
- Taking any action that may compromise the integrity of games or betting on the platform.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or have voluntarily excluded yourself through a self-exclusion programme.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all available balances, and legal action where necessary. 447duit reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate without prior notice in cases involving serious breaches.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 447duit platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, online banking via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks. 447duit does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies.
Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the 447duit account holder. 447duit reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before processing any withdrawal, for security and fraud prevention purposes. Processing times range from 12 to 48 business hours depending on the method selected.
Any attempt to commit transaction fraud, including unauthorised chargebacks, will result in immediate account freezing and the rejection of all pending withdrawals. 447duit reserves the right to forfeit any balance in accounts found to be involved in verified fraudulent activity.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
447duit shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses resulting from system failures, service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
In any event, 447duit's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Users agree that this liability cap is reasonable given the risks voluntarily assumed.
Intellectual Property & External Links
All content on the 447duit platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces, is the exclusive intellectual property of 447duit. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
The 447duit platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 447duit is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users access external links at their own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
447duit reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, a request from the relevant authorities, or at 447duit's own reasonable discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may not be eligible to register again.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 447duit support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered bank account once the verification process is complete, subject to there being no outstanding unresolved bets.
Changes to Terms
447duit reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 447duit platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
